Josédé – The one I wanted was a young girl

Josédé Chijñecare

Josédé Sings

I’ll sing. I’ll sing about Guidabía (Osõrádaté). The one I wanted was a young girl. My friend, listen to me and imitate me along with our friend and them who imitate me.  Don’t be ashamed of me.  I will include another as we sing, I will sing about Tajérogue at this time. Supposedly, I had relations with her  when I was away, and she listened to me about her things, and her relatives, but then she probably regretted it later when we were far away.

My wife said: “You consider yourselves so brave when you’re in other camps. And she has always thrown away her husbands in other camps.

So, I went back to my sisters. I felt bad about how she made them suffer. The white people fought with them and killed them, so I quickly went back to my sisters. And I will suffer with them in the remaining things they will have to suffer.”
