Jomone’s story:
I am Jomone who taught you in Tobité in the beginning.
Señora Marina (Maxine Morarie), these words of mine are for you, because I want you to know the ugly things I have done here where I now live. For a long time I’ve been thinking about all the things I’ve done. I am very sad when I think about how bad things are here.
I want to cry, but it’s Dupade’s Word that I really cry about, because I’ve taught my people about it and I’ve helped you to translate it into our language.
I’m so ignorant:
I even wanted to kill a cojñoi. I’ve sinned against my wife. But it’s only Dupade that can give me peace, for he is the one who has peace and he is the one that teaches all of us about the beautiful things he’s done for us. And we know that it is he that brings peace to us. (John 14:27)
Only Jesus Christ can forgive our sins:
I wanted you to hear these words of mine, Señora Marina, because today we have repented with all out hearts. And we’re following Jesus for only he can forgive our sins, and it is he that rose again to give new life to his believers. He did that so that when he returns to earth for us, we will go up to meet him in the air.
It’s only those that don’t believe in him that are afraid for him to come back, because they fear the fire and other kinds of punishment they will receive. But Dupade’s punishment will also come from the sky. We don’t know if it will be water again. But what we do know is that the next great punishment will be fire when he punishes the people on this earth.
